This is Lake Tekapo, still, calm, serene as the sun sets behind Aoraki National Park in the west.

It is only when the water becomes still, that it is able to clearly reflect the scenery that surrounds it. It is in this moment when movement ceases that the true majesty of the mountains become one with the reflected image.
